Georgia Aquarium

For a change of pace, we took great delight in visiting the Georgia Aquarium. The stimulating mix of fish and mammals made us want to share it with grandson, Hunter. We found the sharks awe inspiring, jellies gracefully gorgeous, and other fish vibrant in color. We totally enjoyed our day at the aquarium.

Etowah Indian Mounds

The Etowah Mounds Historic Site includes a terrific museum, chock full of artifacts, a recreated wattle and daub house, and several ancient mounds. It seems that each native historic site we visit is better than the previous one.
