We are camped on the banks of Lake Mead this week, near Vegas and the Hoover Dam.
One of the seven civil engineering wonders of the world, the Hoover Dam is impressive, as is the new bridge under construction down river from it. The day was perfect for a tour; warm, sunny, no wind.
