Delta Rock Hounding

Delta, Utah, is a small prairie town surrounded by hills full of geodes, fossils, topaz, sunstone and many other rock hounding favorites. We drove the Prius hundreds of miles over gravel roads, in search of "rocks", and finding antelopes, tiny owls, the historic Simpson Springs Pony Express Station, and odd "gypsy wagons" along the way.
