Each snowbird season the Phoenix area blooms with art festivals. We really enjoy strolling through the art, admiring the surrounding architecture, and John watches the scantily clad women. Last weekend, we visited the Tempe Art Festival, located next to the pymarid of Tempe City Hall and among the ASU clubs and restaurants.
